Mother Lode Holding Company was established in 1987 by Leo French as the parent company of Placer Title Company. It has grown to include separate title companies in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Texas, Arizona, Washington and New Mexico.
Companies under the MLHC umbrella also include two operations offering services nationwide: National Closing Solutions and Premier Reverse Closings. Each company in the Mother Lode family strives to uphold French’s vision as a place that takes care of its customers and employees.

Wisconsin Title and Closing Services, a leader in the title, closing and credit business, has operated in the Wisconsin market for 75 years. The company was founded by Willian Hoyer and has been family run for 75 years. Wisconsin Title Services is led by President Carrie Hoyer and Vice President Mark Ciborowski.
